Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) Food Agriculture and Livestock Vocational School Culinary Program tarafından Emekevler Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Food and Beverage Services Department students were given sushi training.

Lecturer Yunus Baygül tarafından given training was attended by Lecturer Muhammed Haykır and Lecturer Mustafa Görücüler ile Emekevler Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School teachers and Food and Beverage Services Department students attended.

After theoretical information about the history, features and material selection of sushi was shared, practical sushi making was started.

After the students made sushi one-on-one, the subtleties of presenting the prepared products were conveyed.

Finally, information and experiences about the subtleties of the culinary profession were shared with the young chef candidate high school students.
